Touch is the most personal of the senses. Hearing is a way of touching at a distance”. All sound is a form of touch. Through my research with field recordings and the use of contact microphones, I explore practices of Deep Listening and the direct application to me as an artist and teacher. The knowledge of sound draws us inward to our community and expands our perspective and consciousness to a Divine Creator.
